Low cloud is being driven into northern TAS, by strong northerly winds ahead of a trough, causing scattered showers. Only high cloud is pushing across the interior but this is not causing any rain yet. Skies are clearer as the northerlies dry out over the highlands.

For adjacent southeast coastal waters. North to northeast winds 5/15 knots, reaching 20 knots at times over open waters. Winds tending north to northwest in the evening at 10/15 knots.    

Inland Waters
